Services

Lexence provides premium mobile auto detailing services in the Fort Worth & Dallas, Texas area. Service availability, pricing, and scope are confirmed on a case-by-case basis. Quotes provided by text or other channels are estimates and may change based on vehicle condition, size, location, and requested services.

Quote Requests & Bookings

When you submit a quote request, you agree to provide accurate contact and vehicle information. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or create a binding appointment until Lexence confirms scheduling and service details with you.

SMS Text Messaging Program

By submitting our online quote form and accepting our SMS disclosure, or by otherwise providing your mobile number and consent, you agree to receive text messages from Lexence related to your inquiry, quote, appointment, or service.

  • Messages may be sent using an automated system
  • Message frequency varies; typically a few messages per quote or booking
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages from Lexence
  • Reply HELP for help, or call (515) 337-2053

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services, except where texting is the method you choose to communicate about your request. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle and service location
  • Disclose relevant vehicle condition or special requests before service
  • Remove personal valuables from the vehicle before detailing
  • Be available or provide access as agreed for scheduled service

Payments & Cancellations

Payment terms, deposits, rescheduling, and cancellation policies are communicated when your appointment is confirmed. Lexence reserves the right to refuse or reschedule service due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexence is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Website Use

You may not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services for any unlawful purpose. Content on this website is owned by Lexence and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Privacy
